Missions
Cancer is distressing and can upset life balance. This impacts the patient in a global, all-consuming way. Due to a number of mechanisms or causalities associated with disease and its treatment, intimacy and sexuality can become disturbed. Pain, anxiety, fatigue, body changes etc. can all be associated with modifications in the intimate aspects of life.
It is important not to try to cope with such difficulties on your own: the challenge facing healthcarers is to offer you a time and a place where you can talk about intimacy and the problems you encounter, so that, together, we can explain and find appropriate solutions. It is essential that you seek help and feel free to talk about it.

At the Centre, the supportive care department offers inpatients and outpatients:
- A medical consultation in oncosexology for individuals or couples.
- A nursing consultation for individuals or couples.
- Sophrology.
