On Tuesday September 26, Pr Roman Rouzier, General Manager of the Centre Baclesse, received a donation of €20,235 from the Tulipes contre le cancer d'Evrecy, to support cancer research and contribute to improving the comfort and well-being of patients.
During a convivial reception held at the Centre Baclesse, the volunteers and partners of Evrecy's Tulipes contre le cancer presented this important donation, which marks the end of the Tulipes 2023 operation for them. It was also an opportunity to present their organization to Pr Rouzier and Hermeline Delepouve, Director of Communications and Fundraising, and to share their commitment to supporting the Centre Baclesse.
André Boullot, the "creator" / "founder" of this adventure, took the floor for a brief history.
A nationwide initiative:
- By 2022, 55 Planter Clubs and 3,000 volunteers
- Around 1 million euros donated to cancer centers, including the Centre Baclesse
