How to access our patients' medical information
In line with national directives and the recommendations of the national digital health strategy, access to patients' medical information must now be exclusively via the Dossier Médical Partagé (DMP).
If you haven't already done so, we invite you to get in touch with your patients to ensure that their DMP is open and populated, and to use this secure tool for your consultations and sharing of medical information.
The Centre Baclesse is mobilized to feed the DMP so that you can obtain the information you need to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Managing the toxicity of targeted therapies with the THECITOX app
THECITOX, the Bas-Normandie working group for the management of targeted therapy toxicities, brings together experts in medical oncology, cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, gastroenterology and dermatology, with the aim of establishing recommendations for the prevention and management of toxicities induced by the most frequent targeted molecules currently on the market.
The THECITOX* working group in Lower Normandy has developed a summary application for practitioners, offering a practical guide to the day-to-day management of the main specific toxicities encountered with these targeted therapies. The application is regularly updated in line with available scientific data.
