Missions
The Centre François Baclesse Quality Department is the support department for the safety and quality of patient care. It brings together all the information available to analyze, correct and improve situations:
- feedback from patients and relatives (satisfaction questionnaires, surveys, grievances),
- internal and external audits,
- indicator tracking,
- analysis of undesirable events and malfunctions reported by professionals.
The Quality Department is constantly attentive to customer needs and monitors the regulatory environment. It supports professionals in analyzing their practices, dealing with malfunctions and implementing improvement initiatives. It is the methodological guarantor of evaluation and improvement processes.
It fosters and perpetuates the corporate quality culture by training staff and equipping them with tools to manage their quality approach.
It guarantees the deployment of the establishment's quality policy, and ensures the consistency of all certification, labeling and accreditation procedures.
The Center's various departments have quality correspondents who act as relays for the quality department.
