The Baclesse Center organizes "My Health Space" workshops to help patients open and manage their digital Health Space.
This digital health record enables health data (prescriptions, reports, etc.) to be collected, retrieved and shared with healthcare professionals and emergency services.
Two face-to-face or webinar sessions:
- WEDNESDAY APRIL 3, 2024, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- FRIDAY APRIL 5, 2024, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
After registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent by the Espace de Rencontres et d'Information (ERI) containing the link to attend the webinar, or specifying the location of the face-to-face workshop. In addition, an information note will be sent to prepare for the workshop.
For face-to-face sessions, it is advisable to bring a smartphone (4G connection). Tablets are also available.
