Medical transport is covered by the French Social Security fund* or by the establishment, provided that your state of health requires such transport and that it has been prescribed by one of the centre’s physicians.
A medical transport prescription is not a systematic right.
No transport may be organised without such prior prescription, unless the patient decides to personally cover the cost.
