From May 21 to 23, 2024, the Centre Baclesse was present at SantExpo, France's leading healthcare event.
On the Unicancer stand, several speakers from the Centre took the floor:
Michael Canovas, Deputy General Manager, took part in a round-table discussion on use cases for access to care and pathway coordination, alongside Florentin CLERE from the OncoNormandie network and Julie Durand and David Dupont from e-santé Occitanie. He presented the challenges of e-health for Baclesse, mentioning our agility in digital developments and our support for patients and professionals to guarantee the quality and safety of cancer care. He ended his presentation by highlighting the cutting-edge innovation at the Cancer Centers, as demonstrated by the creation of an artificial intelligence cluster at Baclesse.

Audrey Faveyrial, head of the oncology day hospital department, and François Gernier, PhD nurse and healthcare research coordinator, held a conference on "The deployment of remote monitoring in oncology day hospitals." They were able to share their experiences after six months of implementing a remote monitoring tool for patients receiving treatment at the day hospital.
