Cancer patients are at risk of developing severe forms of COVID-19. What's more, this infection is likely to delay treatment, with a consequent loss of chance of success. Vaccination of patients and their families, combined with respect for barrier measures, remains the best way to protect them from these risks.

For this reason, the French National Cancer Institute (INCa) is reminding healthcare professionals, patients and their families of the importance of vaccinating cancer patients against COVID-19 by providing two specific sections on its website:
