In application of the Law of August 6, 2021 on health crisis management.

What proof do I need to obtain a valid health pass?

You need :

  • Or present a vaccination certificate showing that you have been fully vaccinated,
  • Or be in a medically justified recovery situation,
  • Or present a medical certificate of contraindication to vaccination against Covid-19,
  • Either present a negative nasal RT-PCR test result less than 72 hours old (or a salivary laboratory test if nasopharyngeal RT-PCR is not possible).

For patients

Patients admitted on an emergency basis are not subject to the health pass requirements. All other patients admitted for scheduled care are subject to the provisions of the law. They must present their health pass at the screening point set up at the entrance to the Center.

For accompanying persons and visitors

By law, accompanying persons and visitors are obliged to show their health pass when entering a hospital establishment, in order to protect health.

These measures apply to the Centre François Baclesse. Screening points will therefore be reinstated at the entrance to the facility during the week of August 9. During this week, visitors and accompanying persons not in possession of certificates and test results will be reminded of the need to comply with the law in the interests of public health and safety, but their access to the Centre will be exceptionally tolerated.

Barrier gestures: always mandatory inside the Center

Even with a valid sanitary pass, compliance with barrier gestures remains mandatory. In other words:

  • Wear a surgical mask (change every 4 hours).
  • Hand rubbing with hydroalcoholic gel.
  • Social distance of at least 1 meter.

Do you have a COVID symptom?

You are a patient at the Centre François Baclesse WITH symptoms AND you have an appointment at the Centre within 15 days, even if you have been vaccinated:

BEFORE you come, do a virological PCR test,

Report the result to the department where you are being treated. A doctor at the Center will then advise you on what to do.

For safety reasons, visitors and accompanying persons with symptoms of COVID-19 (fever or feverish feeling, cough, headache, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) are not allowed to enter the facility.

Accompanying a patient

  • NO ACCOMPANIERS with patients during their chemotherapy sessions(except for medical reasons).
  • In all other situations: only 1 accompanying person per patient.

Provisions concerning ambulance drivers

  1. Ambulance drivers accompany patients who need it to their department of care,
  2. Then they must leave the department and wait outside the establishment,
  3. They are authorized to join the patient on the ward when they are called for the patient's return.

Visiting hospitalized patients

  • Visits are permitted daily from 1pm to 8pm on hospital wards,
  • EXCEPT in the protected area on the 7th floor: NO VISITS PERMITTED.

For health and safety reasons:
- It is compulsory to wear a mask in the room,
- In single rooms: maximum 2 visitors at the same time,
- In double rooms: only 1 visitor per patient at the same time.

  • Reopening of family lounges on hospital floors, with a maximum number of people in the room.
