On Tuesday December 12, for the3rd year running, K'Roll came to the Centre Baclesse to present a cheque for €1,285 to Géraldine PAYEN, in charge of donations and donor relations, to help advance cancer research.
Pebbles against cancer!
K'Roll, a patient at the Center, started painting on pebbles to escape, occupy her mind and forget her illness. Those around her were seduced by her pretty, decorative pebbles, and she soon realized that her pebbles were popular! While painting brings her a sense of well-being, she decides to go even further and give even more meaning to her action: to raise funds for Baclesse through the sale of her pebbles. Passionate and committed, she took the plunge, and it was a real success!
In 3 years, K'Roll has raised €3,936 to support Baclesse research.
