It is with great sadness that we learned that Jacques PERRIN had passed away. This great actor, director, and producer of remarkable films draws his inspiration from the world he loved passionately.
All his actions were imbued with a humanism and benevolence that commanded respect and admiration. Madame Anne d'ORNANO, a member of the Board of Directors of the Centre François Baclesse, introduced us to Jacques PERRIN, and he spontaneously agreed to be the patron of the patient garden that the Centre wanted to create. He also kindly agreed that, in reference to his remarkable documentary "Oceans", an exceptional ode to nature, we could call this garden "Green Ocean".
Over the last few years, despite the scale of his activities, he has always responded favorably to our requests, whenever they concerned the quality of the welcome given to users of the Centre Baclesse.
We will long remember him as a man who cultivated discretion with elegance. His kind eyes and smile will live on in our memories.
We extend our deepest condolences to his entire family.
