For the third edition of NU[E]S – L’Expo Photo, photographer Joséphine Neuville once again brought together participants, volunteers, and partners in the fight against breast cancer. The highlight of the 2026 edition was a charity event held on October 27 at the Château d’Hermival-les-Vaux, during which more than €26,000 was donated to the Baclesse Center.

Two events to benefit the Baclesse Center

Founded in 2022, NU[E]S – L’Expo Photo uses photography as a means of raising awareness about breast cancer and encouraging screening and donations.

For this third edition, two highlights marked the month of October. On October 10, 25 women and men—some directly affected by the disease, others simply wishing to support the cause—took part in a charity photo shoot with Joséphine Neuville. Their black-and-white portraits then formed the centerpiece of the exhibition unveiled during the charity event on October 27.

An evening dedicated to art and solidarity

Nearly 300 people were expected at the Château d’Hermival-les-Vaux to explore the NU[E]S exhibition, with Anne Boétie, patron of the 2026 edition, in attendance.

For the models, this event was, in particular, an opportunity to see their portraits on display alongside those of the other participants for the first time.

The opening reception, musical entertainment, and various social activities brought together participants, partners, volunteers, and representatives of the Baclesse Center around a shared goal: supporting the fight against cancer.

During the evening, a check for more than 26,000 € was presented to the Baclesse Center, represented by:

– Professor Roman Rouzier, Executive Director;

– Hermeline Delepouve, Director of Communications and Fundraising;

– Géraldine Payen, Donor Relations Coordinator.

Collective and loyal mobilization

This new edition was made possible by a significant volunteer effort organized by Joséphine Neuville. Thirty-seven local partners contributed to the event through in-kind donations or by volunteering their expertise in areas such as venue, catering, hair styling, makeup, musical entertainment, video recording, printing, and security.

Since its inception, NU[E]S – The Photo Exhibition has seen growing participation. Previous editions raised nearly €12,000 in 2022, followed by €22,630 in 2024. With more than €26,000 raised this year, the 2026 edition continues this momentum of solidarity to benefit the Baclesse Center.

The Baclesse Center extends its most sincere thanks to Joséphine Neuville, as well as to all the models, volunteers, partners, and participants who came together to make this third edition a success.

Thank you to everyone for your dedication and generosity.
