Today is International Nurses Day. We'd like to tell you a little more about them...
The center currently employs 1,155 people, including 250 nurses. There are different types of nurse:
General care nurses
They are the most numerous: around 175. Graduates of the DEI (Diplôme d'Etat d'Infirmier), a 3-year nursing diploma awarded by an Institut de Formation en Soins Infirmiers (IFSI), they work mainly on hospital wards. Others work as part of thelocum team, providing replacements and back-up on the various hospital wards.
