On March 31, 46 professionals from the François Baclesse, Henri Becquerel (Rouen) and Oscar Lambret (Lille) centers gathered for the annual C³ seminar.
It was a day rich in exchanges, work and cohesion. The word of the day: multi-professionalism beyond multi-disciplinarity.
Indeed, in order to build projects shared by the 3 Cancer Centers, it seemed essential that management staff, as the bearers of strategy, and operational and care staff, as the implementers of strategy, should meet. In this way, we were able to cross-reference each other's viewpoints in order to draw up shared, realistic and concrete projects around the following themes:
- Identifying precariousness in patients treated at a cancer treatment center
- Assessing the quality of care pathways
- Developing oncology support services
Associated working groups identified at the seminar will meet quarterly from June onwards.
