Saturday October 15 from 9am to 7pm, at the Château d'Hermival les Vaux (14), near Lisieux, Normandy photographers Joséphine Neuville and Fanny Radz will be raising public awareness of the fight against breast cancer.
To mark Pink October, the 2 photographers are organizing an event for women: they are offering a topless photo shoot for all women who want one.
An event with two objectives...
Supporting cancer research
The main aim is to raise funds to support the Centre François Baclesse, with all proceeds going to research.
Information on screening
The aim is also to raise public awareness of the importance of breast cancer screening.
With nearly 59,000 new cases per year (in 2018). Breast cancer is the most common cancer in France and represents the leading cause of cancer-related death in women. That's why it's important not to be afraid to talk about it and get informed. Adopting the right reflexes, such as screening, can save lives.

Photo shoot on October 15 and vernissage on October 18
After the photo shoot on October 15 at the Château d'Hermival les Vaux, the photographers are also organizing a vernissage there on Tuesday October 18 at 7pm. During this special evening, the photos will be exhibited and discovered by guests. It will also be an opportunity to thank participants and partners for their commitment, and to present the Centre François Baclesse with a cheque for the amount of donations collected.
