The Centre Baclesse has signed an agreement with the Korian Côte Normande follow-up care and rehabilitation clinic in Ifs. The aim of this partnership is to improve and streamline care for patients leaving the Centre or undergoing treatment.
Dr Audrey FAVEYRIAL, Director of Medical Affairs at the Centre François Baclesse, and Mrs Paule MARTINEZ, Director of Korian Côte Normande, signed the agreement on March 4, 2022. (See photo above).
This is the first agreement of this type that the Center has signed with a follow-up care and rehabilitation facility.
This agreement strengthens our collaboration with the SSR Côte Normande d'Ifs, which provides us with 5 beds for the Center's patients:
- followed by radiotherapy,
- or needing a period of autonomy before returning home after a medical or surgical hospitalization,
- or undergoing anti-cancer treatment.
Patients will be cared for by a dedicated team.
This agreement is part of an overall program to improve collaboration between the Centre Baclesse and all the region's healthcare players.
