Sessions are by appointment only. The first appointment is made on presentation of a certificate of no contraindication to the practice of sport.

Missions
Physical activity is defined as any bodily movement produced by the contraction of skeletal muscles, resulting in an increase in energy expenditure greater than that at rest. Adapted physical activity, or APA, is the practice of a physical activity adapted to a person's specific needs, while respecting their safety.
Adapted physical activity :
- reduces the risk of cancer,
- is the only effective treatment for treatment-induced asthenia (fatigue),
- improves quality of life and survival,
- improves psychological and emotional well-being,
- promotes treatment compliance,
- reduces the risk of relapse.
Care services
At the Center, the Adapted Physical Activity (APA) teacher supervises hospitalized patients:
- in group sessions for patients undergoing treatment,
- personalized one-to-one sessions for surgical inpatients.
