On November 30, 2024, the Boujou Béco association organized a cabaret dinner to raise funds for the Baclesse radiotherapy department. The generous and convivial show raised €2,035, which will be donated to the teams caring for children with cancer on February 11, 2025.
This donation will be used to purchase Christmas decorations to transform the department into a warm, bright and welcoming place, in the spirit of the festive season. Decorations, sparkling garlands, decorated trees and colorful elements, carefully chosen by the radiotherapy team, will embellish the spaces, bringing a touch of magic and comfort to the children and their families during this time of year.
An association with a big heart
Created in November 2023, the Boujou Béco associationaims to raise funds to improve the welcome and comfort of hospitalized children, make their dreams come true and support their caregivers. All its volunteers are members of the BEARDED VILLAINS Northside France fraternity (chapter) of bearded men with big hearts, which covers the whole of northern France. The "BEARDED VILLAINS" fraternity is present in over 35 countries, with 135 "chapters" and more than 1,500 bearded members.
