The World Congress of the International Cancer and Cognition Task Force (ICCTF) took place in Caen from March 5 to 7, 2025. It brought together over 200 researchers from all over the world. The congress, organized by the team led by Pr Florence JOLY (Centre Baclesse - Inserm Anticipe Caen team) and Dr Hélène CASTEL (Inserm DC2N Rouen), took place at the Pôle des formations et de recherche en santé (PFRS) with the support of Canceropôle Nord-Ouest.

Congress objectives

  • Share scientific advances on the impact of cancer and its treatment on patients' cognition.
  • Present and discuss new translational and clinical research in plenary sessions and interactive workshops, fostering exchange and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Researchers from all over the world came together to share the latest advances in basic, imaging and clinical research into the impact of cancer and its treatment on cognition in cancer patients.
The Normandy organizing team was well represented, with 3 oral presentations and one prestige presentation.
