"Blue March" is to colorectal cancer what "Pink October" is to breast cancer. It is a national campaign to raise awareness about screening for colon and rectal cancer.
To mark the occasion, the François Baclesse Center is providing information about this screening and inviting you to ask any additional questions you may have to two of our doctors specializing in digestive cancers during a Facebook Live event on March 25 at 12 p.m.
- What is colorectal cancer?
- Why screen for it?
- How can it be detected?
- Does this concern me?
- Is it free?
- How does screening work?
- Is there screening before age 50 or after age 74?
- What should I do if I have a personal or family history?
- What symptoms of colorectal cancer should I be aware of?
- How can I reduce my risk of colorectal cancer?
Find the answers to these questions in our "Learn More" section.
