The C3 is a tripartite cooperation agreement signed in 2007 between the two CLCCs in the Normandy region, the Centre François Baclesse (Caen) and the Centre Henri Becquerel (Rouen), and the CLCC in the Hauts-de-France region, the Centre Oscar Lambret (Lille).
The aim of this cooperation is to develop joint care, research and teaching activities, share practices and create a fertile ground for the construction of joint political and concrete projects. The aim is to be even more visible in the Cancéropôle Nord-Ouest region.
C3 vocation
- Facilitate and inspire the emergence of joint projects within working groups,
- Identify and pool expertise,
- Build and manage shared facilities,
- Represent the 3 centers with a single voice to various local players.
