Since September 1, 2022, Sarah INGE has been working as a "C3Project Manager,"coordinating tripartite cooperation between the Cancer Centers (CLCC) in the Normandy and Hauts-de-France regions.
What isC3?
This is a tripartite cooperation agreement between the two CLCCs in the Normandy and Hauts-de-France regions. Its aim is to promote and develop joint care, research and teaching activities. It also aims to share practices and create the conditions for joint projects. Ultimately, the aim is to be even more visible in our field within the Cancéropôle Nord-Ouest territory.
Its missions
Sarah INGE's first mission is to promote synergies between the 2 CLCCs in Normandy, the Centre Francois Baclesse in Caen and the Centre Henri Becquerel in Rouen (CFB/CHB), taking into account the territorial framework and network, and strengthening local and regional partnerships.
A second mission is to foster similar synergies on an inter-regional scale with the Lille CLCC. On a day-to-day basis, this translates into :
- Facilitate and inspire the emergence of joint projects within working groups, particularly in the fields of research, expertise and innovation.
- Organize and coordinate the implementation and follow-up of joint projects approved by the departments.
- Identify and pool expertise.
- Improve joint communication and the image of the 3 CLCC partners.
- Representing the 3 centers and Unicancer to various local players.
- Enhance the value ofC3 actions.
Sarah INGE introduces herself
After 10 years in logistics and international trade, I switched to the health sector. Firstly, as a freelance and hospital dietician specializing in therapeutic patient education. Then, as a therapeutic education development officer with a regional association.
From these seemingly diametrically opposed professional experiences, I was able to draw my major strengths: interpersonal skills and project methodology.
My motto: " Alone, we go faster. Together, we go farther.
I like to bring people and personalities together around a table to help them organize and implement a project from start to finish. I don't take anyone's place, I go and find the experts in their fields and interface between them so that they can work together with confidence. What I like is to be a facilitator, providing an overall vision and coordinating all the players involved in a project.
