For Pink October, members of the Mouen (14) soccer club have set up a series of initiatives to raise funds for the Centre Baclesse. On Monday November 25, Mouen club members Aurore COLOMBEL, Romane COLOMBEL and Maéva CHAPRON met Géraldine PAYEN, in charge of donor relations at the Centre Baclesse, to present her with a donation of €600 to support breast cancer research.
Mobilizing everyone!
Members of the board and all the club's players organized a number of charity events, including cake and crêpe sales, with "a €10 crêpe for a good cause", as the organizers smilingly reminded us. All profits from the refreshment stand were donated to the Centre Baclesse, strengthening the fund for breast cancer research. A donation box was also set up in the stadium.
Finally, to celebrate Halloween, the club combined solidarity and fun by organizing a festive activity. Children and adults alike turned out to enjoy a day full of surprises, while helping to raise funds for the Centre Baclesse.
The Mouen club embodies strong values of solidarity and humanism. It demonstrates the importance of collective commitment and solidarity in sport. Whether players, volunteers or supporters, all have demonstrated their commitment to a cause that goes far beyond the soccer pitch.
THANK YOU!
