The Centre François Baclesse would like to express its deep gratitude to AGEA Normandie, the union of independent insurers, for their generous donation of €4,250 to support our research teams.
This exceptional contribution has made it possible to finance the innovative TRIPLEX project, dedicated to the fight against triple-negative breast cancer, a particularly aggressive form of the disease. This project uses miniature organ models, called organoids, to better understand cancer mechanisms and develop more effective treatments.
This donation is the fruit of a remarkable mobilization throughout the month of October. Independent insurers in Normandy decorated their branches and raised customer awareness with kits supplied by AGEA Normandie, including screening brochures, pink balloons and communication materials. For each insurer involved, the association donated €100.
Our special thanks go to Thomas Buyssens, President of Orne AGEA, and Vanessa Erbe, the union's representative, for their active involvement and support for this wonderful initiative.
Thanks to this collective action, the TRIPLEX project is moving forward to offer new perspectives to triple-negative breast cancer patients. Many thanks to AGEA Normandie and all participating insurers for their invaluable solidarity.
Together, let's continue to advance research to beat cancer.
