Born in Commeaux (61) in July 2024, the young association "Une balade pour la vie" organized a motorcycle outing in support of the Centre Baclesse. Michel PAIN, President, Alizéa LAIGNEL, Secretary and Célia LAIGNEL, Treasurer, accompanied by Benjamin ROBBOT and Eric LAIGNEL came to the Centre Baclesse on Friday September 13, 2024 to present a donation of €1,525 to Géraldine PAYEN, in charge of donations and donor relations at the Centre Baclesse.
A gesture of solidarity to help the Centre Baclesse!
For some time, Michel PAIN had been thinking oforganizing an event to raise funds for cancer research at the Centre Baclesse. This motorcycle enthusiast decided to propose a motorcycle outing to the members of the motorcycle club to which he belongs.
The idea appeals, and a date has been set! On Sunday September 8, 16 bikers set off from Commeaux (61) to cover 253 km on the roads of Orléans and Mayenne, with the aim of raising funds and awareness for the fight against cancer. Surrounded and encouraged by their families and friends, these generous bikers raised €1,525 for Baclesse. Géraldine PAYEN presented the missions of the Baclesse Center and its research teams, and the €1525 donation will support the ORGAPRED project.
