Would you like to take action for the climate, but don't have the time to become a climatologist?
The association La Fresque du Climat helps individuals and organizations to understand the scale and complexity of the issues involved in climate change.
How to take action for the climate?
To act for the climate, you have to understand!
La Fresque du Climat offers fun, high-impact workshops for the general public, enabling everyone to take up the challenge of the climate emergency. During these collective intelligence workshops, participants reconstruct the cause-and-effect links of climate change, and then explore the actions they can take in their personal and professional lives.
In a few words, a La Fresque du Climat workshop is :
- 3 hours to understand climate issues
- a deck of 42 cards for classroom or online use
- one instructor for 4 to 14 participants
- accessible to everyone, online or in person, throughout France
After participating in a workshop, you can also take action for the climate by becoming a "Fresqueur"!
You don't need to be an expert to become a facilitator; all you need to do is complete the training provided by volunteers from the association. With this training, you can lead your own workshops and share your knowledge with your personal and professional circles.
Baclesse takes action for the climate!
On Monday April 8, 2024, Sandra GILLES, Quality Manager, and Sylvie DAMOURETTE, Purchasing Manager, took part in a La Fresque du Climat workshop.
In this 3-hour workshop, they :
- Designed their own climate mural
- Developed a matrix of corrective actions to be deployed

"We tested this collaborative educational workshop, which provides a fun way to better understand climate issues. Through the use of images and real-life situations, participants gain a concrete understanding of the cause-and-effect relationships involved in climate change linked to human activities. The workshop then encourages participants to think more deeply about concrete actions they can take to reduce their individual and collective impact on the environment. " – Sandra GILLES and Sylvie DAMOURETTE
