On Thursday September 22, 2022, the President of the Lisieux Lions Club presented the Centre Baclesse with a cheque for 2,000 euros to support cancer research.
The donation, allocated to the fight against cancer, was presented to Hermeline DELEPOUVE, Director of Communications, International Relations and Sponsorship at the Centre Baclesse. It will enable the Centre Baclesse teams to step up their research and encourage innovation for the benefit of all.
The evening was also an opportunity for Hermeline DELEPOUVE to present the areas of research carried out or developed by the Centre Baclesse. Much appreciated by participants, this presentation explained just how essential donations are, as they give research teams the means to act.
For many years, members of the Lisieux Lions Club have been giving their time and energy to support the Centre Baclesse. Once again this year, thanks to the fund-raising activities of the Lisieux Lions Club, a contribution of 2,000 euros has been granted to the Centre Baclesse.
It is with deep gratitude that the Centre Baclesse extends its sincere thanks to all the members of the Lisieux Lions Club.
