On World Cancer Day (February 4), the François Baclesse Center is proud to announce that it has renewed its certification by the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS), with the distinction of "High Quality of Care," the highest distinction awarded by the organization. This decision is valid as of December 10, 2025.
Certification is the result of a rigorous external assessment conducted by expert visitors appointed by the HAS (French National Authority for Health) in accordance with the V2020 standard, which covers all aspects of healthcare quality and safety. It is valid for four years.
Excellent results:
During this quadrennial evaluation, the François Baclesse Center achieved particularly high scores in the three main sections of the reference framework:
- 98% of the maximum score in the "The Patient" section, reflecting clear information for patients, respect for their rights, involvement of loved ones, and consideration of living conditions throughout the care pathway.
- 100% of the maximum score for healthcare teams, which demonstrated exemplary multidisciplinary coordination, risk management, and regular analysis of their practices.
- 98% of the maximum score for the institution, attesting to the quality of governance, the commitment of patients and teams, and the ongoing drive to improve practices.
These results illustrate the Center's compliance with the HAS's highest standards for quality of care and confirm the maturity of its quality and safety culture.
