As a guarantee of the quality of the Centre Baclesse's training programs, QUALIOPI certification has been renewed this year.
Baclesse is also a training organization
The Centre Baclesse offers short courses for healthcare professionals wishing to update their knowledge and enhance their skills in working with cancer patients.
Registered as a training provider for over 30 years, and a Continuing Professional Development organization since 2013, the Centre François Baclesse passed its renewal audit for Qualiopi certification on June 4.
No non-conformities were identified by the auditor. The renewal audit enabled us to verify that our drive for continuous improvement is constant. It once again attests to the quality of the processes implemented for training activities, and in particular :
- The provision of comprehensive information to the public on training access conditions, content and assessment procedures,
- The consistency of teaching resources with training objectives,
- Qualified trainers,
- Our ability to welcome people with disabilities to our training courses
- The implementation of a continuous improvement process, including the handling of complaints from learners and their employers.
What is QUALIOPI?
Qualiopi is the quality guarantee mark for providers of skills development programs, i.e. training organizations.
Introduced following the 2018 vocational training reform law, the "Qualiopi" mark aims to attest to the quality of the process implemented by organizations and thus make the training offering more legible to companies and users.
The "Qualiopi" mark is issued by a certification body accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac). Certification is obtained after an audit based on a single national quality reference framework common to all training organizations.
Following the initial audit, Qualiopi certification marks the beginning of a three-year cycle, punctuated by a surveillance audit (1.5 years later) and a renewal audit (3 years later).
The Qualiopi national quality standard comprises 32 indicators divided into 7 criteria:
- Criterion 1: Public information
- Criterion 2: Purpose and adaptation of services
- Criterion 3: Reception, follow-up and evaluation of the public
- Criterion 4: Suitability of resources
- Criterion 5: Staff qualifications
- Criterion 6: Involvement in the professional environment
- Criterion 7: Assessment and continuous improvement
